This character was developed and illustrated for a children's treasure hunt book for public libraries, written and produced by Museum Mania™.

The "Butterfly Girl" ultimately was never used, but the caterpillar "Dewee Decimal" is currently one of the main characters in the series of treasure hunt books being produced.
