Mr. Korman Ellis is an attorney who has for over two decades, developed an expertise in working with school administrators and personnel in providing direction and guidance in implementing the California Safe School Plans.

Mr. Ellis had an existing web site that had been designed many years earlier, but wasn't happy with the functionality or the lack of ease in updating the site. So the main criteria was mostly simplicity and ease of use. The image in the upper right of each page in the site changes to visually reflect the content of that particular page.
