Below is the center spread of the job bid. An image of the proposed Hot Sheet Sales Aid is embedded there.

Toyota

I was asked to design a proposal for the purpose of creating and producing a sales aide for all the Toyota showrooms. In addition to designing the bid for this job, I also designed the mockups for the proposed "Hot Sheet" sales aides. Each issue was to be approximately 8 pages and devoted to one model of vehicle per issue, for a total of 13 issues.

The proposal was laid out in the form of an automotive trade newspaper. It consisted of 1 11" x 17" page printed front and back for a total of four pages.

The front page (pictured top left) contained several "stories" created by the team writers about the breaking news of the benefits of Toyota's new publication.

The back page (bottom left) listed all of the "numbers" as well as the benefits that Toyota would reap by accepting this bid.

The center spread (see image below) was where all of the creative team was introduced and their credits listed. In addition to a separate mock up of the "Hot Sheet", there was also an image of the proposed "Hot Sheet"sales aid embedded here in the center spread of the proposal.

I was told that we got the job based on the creativity of the proposal and the mockups for the "Hot Sheets".
